If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
Returning a Purchase
You can return purchases by mail by sending an email to [email protected] Include your name, address and order number. You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of you your order will be a flat rate. Before the final checkout you will be shown what the cost of the shipping will be before purchasing the products.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the second shipment.
