Customers may cancel their own orders until the order has been shipped. If your order is not yet shipped, you can cancel it in My Account or by opening an Order Cancellation ticket.
When you cancel an order, CBD Living automatically updates the order status in the buyer’s account.
If your order is already shipped and confirmed, you will need to let us know that you want to cancel it under our Return Policy. If we are unable to stop the shipment of the items, you will need to return the items. Upon receipt of the return, a refund will be issued.
Mistakenly canceling an order
An order can only be canceled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed, if got shipped you will have to make a Return Request. If you still want the product, you can make another order or ask us to place a new order.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
